Additionally, deploy and integrate security solutions such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality of AV and security systems. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, including project managers, and other technicians, to ensure seamless project execution and deliver high-quality outcomes. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in AV and/or security system installation and integration is a pre-requisite for this position. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting AV equipment and security systems. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Service and Small Projects Manager Required!
Join our Team as a Service and Small Projects Manager! Salary : $80,000 – $120,000 per year About the role This is a full-time Service and Small Projects Manager role based in our Cheltenham Office, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of a wide range of small construction projects and service activities for AVi Technology, a leading provider of Integration and Security services. What you'll be doing Oversee the coordination and completion of small projects and service activities Troubleshoot and engage technicians for service requests Remote login and phone support for existing clients Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery Supervise and provide guidance to a small team of technicians Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards Provide reporting and updates to senior management What we're looking for Significant experience (4+ years) in a similar construction management role Strong technical knowledge of security and integration methods, materials and equipment (Mandatory) Ability to troubleshoot or diagnose issues with security and integrated home systems Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety requirements Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field What we offer At AVi Technology, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
